Open Data Portal Watch

The Open Data Portal Watch framework is a scalable quality assessment and evolution monitoring framework for Open Data (Web) portals. We harvest the metadata of these catalogs and assess the quality along different dimensions. The source code of this framework is released under the GPL-3.0 license.
